Returns and Shipping


When will my order ship?

All orders are processed and posted within 2 business days of being received. Orders are sent with Australia Post and customers are provided with a tracking number via e-mail when your order status is marked as 'Fulfilled'.

Please note our orders team does not operate on Weekends or Public Holidays, and may close for short periods over Christmas and New Years.


How much does shipping cost and where do you post to?

We offer postage to anywhere within Australia at a flat rate of $10 per order unless stated otherwise at the checkout or through a promotional period. If you're looking to shop internationally, please visit Booq USA for further shipping options.


How do I return a product?

You may return any item within 30 days of receiving your order as long as it is in new and unused condition. Damaged, dirty, or used merchandise CANNOT be refunded and may be returned to you at your option and expense. We do not charge restocking fees; however, we do not refund any postage costs. If you wish to return an item, please Contact Us to request an RMA number. Refunds are processed within 10 days of our warehouse receiving your returned and unused goods. Credit will be issued against your original method of payment. To return a defective product, you must file a Warranty Claim.

Please note we CANNOT process your refund without being provided with your RMA number, and we cannot be liable for parcels lost by postage companies, therefore will NOT refund or replace lost in transit stock.


How do I exchange a product?

If you would like to exchange any product for another item, simply place a new order through our website and post any unwanted merchandise to us for a refund. You must request an RMA number in order to return your product. Once our warehouse receives your returned merchandise in new and unused condition, we will issue a refund (less any shipping charges).

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to exchange your item. Please read our return policy in the section above before proceeding with your return. Damaged, dirty, or used merchandise CANNOT be refunded and will be returned to the customer at the customer's option and expense.


How do I file a warranty claim?

We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused by a defective Booq bag or item. In order to make the claim process as easy as possible, please follow the steps on how to submit your claim via our online Warranty Claim form. Once your form is received, a team member will be in contact as soon as possible.
